Their story
Woodredding is a small cider and perry maker at Woodredding Farm near Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, producing a range of ciders including Sweet Celebration, Betty's Bonnet, Jack's Tipple, Oaky Meadow, Ploughmans and a Kingston Black single variety, alongside dry, medium and sparkling perries. The farm has long taken part in Herefordshire's cider culture, demonstrating pressing with an eighteenth-century wood press as well as a modern hydropress at events. It is a regular competitor at the Royal Bath and West Show's British Cider Championships and the Big Apple cider trials, winning medals in both. No founding date or founders are named on their site.
