Their story

Honey's Cider is a family business at Upper Midford Farm near Bath, founded by Bob Honey and his daughter Jules. The Honey family bought the farm in 1960, and in 2002 Bob Honey planted traditional Somerset grazed orchards of widely spaced trees to revive cider-making there. They mill and press West Country apples, including their own Brown Snout, and ferment with wild yeast rather than using concentrate. Their main ciders are Cam Valley, a session cider, and Midford, a medium-dry blend, alongside Stoney Bonk, a cider and ginger beer blend based on an old recipe. Their single-variety Brown Snout cider, first made in 2021, won a Great Taste award in 2023.
