Their story
Henhope Cider is a small cider maker based at an orchard at Upper Dormington, Herefordshire, inherited by the owner from their father. The fruit was previously sold to H. Weston & Sons; the family began making their own cider from it only in the last five years or so. Henhope has no trading website, with Facebook and Instagram as its main public presence. In May 2025 its single-variety Foxwhelp cider was named Best in Show at Hereford Museum of Cider's International Cider & Perry Competition, ahead of 125 entries from 33 makers in England, Wales, Germany and Hungary. Beyond this award, little else about Henhope's range, orchard size or sales channels is published anywhere online.
