Their story
Torre Cider Farm is a family-run cider farm at Washford, near Watchet, on the edge of Exmoor, with an 8-acre orchard growing around 16 apple varieties. Apples are hand-picked, usually from late September, and pressed and processed on site. The farm is open to visitors free of charge, with a play area, farm animals, a Farmhouse Kitchen serving food to order, and a Saturday breakfast service. It also offers glamping in the orchard and runs its own events, including 'dark skies' evenings. Its range includes Scrumpy and Fuzzy Duck alongside a growing number of flavoured and fruit ciders, and the farm describes its ciders as multiple award winners, though it does not publish specific results for 2023 to 2026.
