Their story
Just Pressed Cider is a craft cider maker based in Longhope, Gloucestershire, founded by rugby player Jake Polledri, who bottled his first batch during the 2020 pandemic after years of wanting to try cider making. The business grew from his family garage to a friend's farm and now operates from its own unit on Longhope Business Park, where cider is processed, canned and sold from an on-site shop and coffee counter. The range is sold in cans, kegs and bottles under names including Astro, Blindside, Boomfa, Fratello, Mango Wave and a low-alcohol cider called Sub. A share of sales from Fratello goes to the Sam Polledri Foundation, named after Jake's brother, which funds public-access defibrillators and CPR training.

Coffee (Extract Coffee Roasters) and snacks such as Gloucester Biltong sold alongside the cider. Collection is also available from Gloucester Brewery.
