Their story
innocentPilgrim is a small artisan cyder maker at Hillside Farm, Kimbolton, near Leominster, Herefordshire, making cyder from their own organically grown apples fermented with natural yeasts. They also produce single-variety organic apple and pear juices, and small-batch preserves such as jams, jellies, chutneys and sauces. Visits are by appointment only, and the farm also welcomes volunteers for orchard work through the year, from pruning to harvest. They sell directly rather than through a shop, appearing at events including Leominster Farmers' Market, the Leominster Cider & Beer Festival and the Apple Fair at Priory Court. No founders or owners are named on their own site.
