Their story
Forbidden Fruits grew out of a Herefordshire fruit-pressing business that had spent more than 20 years making juice for private clients before launching its own commercial drinks range. Everything is made from local Herefordshire produce, pressed fresh rather than from concentrate, with no added sugar, flavourings or water. The range centres on a medium-sweet cider blended from hand-picked cider and dessert apples, alongside a straight apple juice, an apple cider vinegar, and an apple and blackberry gin cocktail made using hand-foraged local blackberries. It sells online rather than from a visitor site.
