Their story
Seb's Cider is a small producer based at Totnor, near Brockhampton in Herefordshire, making cider and perry from the orchards around the farm. The fruit is unsprayed, and some is registered organic. Ciders are made as 100% juice, fermented slowly with wild yeasts, and are unpasteurised, unsulphited and unfiltered, with an emphasis on single-variety bottlings alongside blends, sold both bottle-conditioned and on draught. Seb's Cider does not run a farm shop; it sells at farmers' markets, including Gloucester and Stroud, and at shows and festivals through the region. No website is published; the business is reached through its Facebook page.
