Their story
Old Stag Cider is a family-run craft cider maker based at Fairford in the Cotswolds, started in 2014 by Paul Wilson. It makes small-batch ciders from British apples bought from local growers and selected orchards, using traditional fermentation methods, and produces both a classic dry cider and blended or flavoured variants, including a whisky-cask cider. It sells at Cirencester Farmers' Market twice a month, through a small number of local stockists, and at food festivals including the Hampton Court Palace Food Festival.
Buys apples from local growers and selected orchards in the Cotswolds rather than growing its own; no further detail published.
