Their story
King Brain Drinks is a farm cider maker at Little Weston Farm, near Sparkford, run by Jon and Matt King Brain. The family has farmed at Little Weston for at least five generations. Cider is made from fruit grown in the farm's own traditional orchards, using natural spring water from the property, with everything grown, pressed and bottled on site. The range covers draught still ciders sold from the farm's cider house, and bottled sparkling ciders including single-variety bottlings alongside a blended Vintage style. The farm also bottles non-alcoholic sparkling spring water pressés flavoured with elderflower, rhubarb and ginger, and lemon.
Traditional cider orchards on the family's own farm at Little Weston; specific tree ages and acreage are not published.
